Our Love It Guarantee

We want you and your dog to absolutely love our products. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, we have a simple, no-hassle return process. Your satisfaction — and your pup's health — are what matter most to us.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Item Condition

All items must be in sellable condition to be eligible for a return. This means: original packaging, no damage, and — for non-consumable items — no pet hair, tears, or rips. Opened consumable products (dental powder, dental sticks) are eligible for return if you are unsatisfied with the results.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@thisdogslife.co with your order number and a photo. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return
