On all US orders over $60. No code needed. It's applied automatically at checkout. For subscribers, shipping is always free.

Domestic Shipping (US)

Standard shipping is free on orders over $60. The cost for orders under $60 varies on the weight of the product being shipped. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 10am EST are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10am EST, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

International Shipping

We are in the process of setting up international shipment. While not available through our checkout process, you can always email us at orders@thisdogslife.co, and we will work with you to create a special order. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you don't receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@byebyedogbreath.com.

Subscription Orders

Subscribe & Save orders ship on your selected schedule. You can modify your delivery frequency, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Subscription orders always ship free, regardless of order total.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24 hours (delays sometimes occur) then contact us. If your order arrives damaged, take a photo and email us within 48 hours. We'll make it right immediately, no questions asked.
