Always supervise your dog when wearing sweaters.
Hand wash for best results. Use warm water and mild soap or detergent. Gently press excess water from garment. Avoid wring or twist. Special care must be taken as wet alpaca fabric can weaken and stretch out of shape.
Lay flat. Blot with towel to absorb extra water. Don’t wring or twist, nor hang, as can stretch.
If you choose to wash in a washing machine, insert in a mesh bag to avoid snagging. Wash in the delicate cycle, use cold water. Lay flat to dry in its natural shape. Do not tumble dry.
My dog loves this sweater and gets excited whenever I put it on. She looks adorable in it. My only issue is you can’t put in washer and dryer. Otherwise quality and fit are both great.
looks so great on my dood. can’t wait for cooler temps.
Our puppy Caper looks adorable in her new Multicolored Striped Sweater! It is so soft, the quality is great and she loves wearing it!
Rainy days don’t mean you need to skip your dog walk. Our dog rain booties, or WagWellies, from New York City brand Wagwear make a rainy or snowy walk manageable for your pup. Made of 100% rubber, the slip-on boots have open-vented slits, making it simple to slide on your pup’s paws. The rubbery material ensures the dog rain boots will stay secure, even when your dog is running. It’s the perfect paw protection for rainy or cold weather.
For most accurate fit, trace the dog's paw standing on a piece of paper and measure the length and width of the tracing. For the length, measure the back of the rear paw pad to the tip of the longest claw. The measurement should be only the flat part of the paw that lays on the floor.
The boots should fit snugly, so please choose the size closest to the measurements.
XXS: for paws up to 1.5" long, 1.5" width (approx. 5-12 lbs)
XS: for paws up to 2" long, 1.75" width (approx. 12-25 lbs)
S: for paws up to 2.25" long, 2" width (approx. 25-32 lbs)
M: for paws up to 3" long, 2.25" width (approx. 32-47 lbs)
L: for paws up to 3.5" long, 2.5" width (approx. 47-65 lbs)
XL: for paws up to 4" long, 2.75" (approx. 65-90 lbs)
XXL: for paws up to 4.25" long, 3" (approx. 80 + lbs)
Keep in mind, it can take dogs a while to adjust to wearing booties. When you first put them on, you may notice the “high step,” as the boots can throw off your dog’s coordination because he no longer can feel the ground surface. It may take a bit of adjustment – both inside and outside.
They took getting used to, but my Boykin Spaniel wore them every trip to the marina when crossing the parking lot and docks. Saved me from carrying him along with all the other boat stuff! Highly suggest for any pup walking in the Carolina sun.
Please make these in teeny tiny size! They would have been PERFECT but my girl is just too tiny for the smallest size unfortunately. Please Please make smaller ones!!!
These are absolutely adorable on my Standard Poodle! I even added dog charms. More importantly, he doesn’t even seem to notice them, and can run in them without tripping or having them fall off. They are extremely secure yet clearly comfortable. Highly recommend!
I was searching for booties to help protect my Tibetan Aussie Doodle's furry paws from the ever plaguing burrs and foxtails that were inhibiting our trail walking. After a TON of research and MUCH deliberation on the size, I purchased a set of the Wagwellies. These booties have been AMAZING! It took less than 5 mins for our floof-ball to get used to them and off we went. Not having to worry about embedded burrs, sticks, foxtails AND the added bonus of protection from hot pavement has made summer walks/ hiking so much more fun for us both. A happy pup makes for a happy owner! :o)
(FYI: although I would have SWORN the booties were going to be too small...being snug helps the dog adjust more quickly as it doesn't slide around on their feet or fall off. My pup is around 20 lbs with VERY fluffy feet and I ordered an XS)
We bought the XXL for our two 180lb Great Danes. We did not have high hopes as usually with dog items even the largest of sizes don't work for our boys. These are perfect! They are a little unsure but once they find out they get to go out and about they forget all about them. They stay on and serve their purpose. We haven't used them for long periods of time yet but so far so good. Highly recommend!
