Use a damp cloth to wipe. Recommended to use a leather conditioner or balm ever 3-6 months for maintenance. Leather goes through a natural oxidation process, resulting in discoloration and darkening, which can’t be avoided. The nude leather is untreated and will eventually become a light tan.

For most accurate fit, trace the dog's paw standing on a piece of paper and measure the length and width of the tracing. For the length, measure the back of the rear paw pad to the tip of the longest claw. The measurement should be only the flat part of the paw that lays on the floor.

The boots should fit snugly, so please choose the size closest to the measurements.

If your product arrives with light colored marks, that is normal. You can redistribute the wax by using a blow dryer on it.  

To clean, rinse off with warm water or rub gently with a damp cloth. That's all that is needed. Do not use detergent or soap.  If the wax wears off in areas, it can be refinished with canvas refinishing wax. 

Rewaxing:  Make sure your product is clean. Use a canvas. refinishing wax. You can either heat up the wax and rub into the dog product using a cloth or dry rub the product with the refinishing wax and set wax with a blow dryer.

Use a flexible measuring tape around your dog’s neck. You should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck, so choose a size that provides at least one inch additional space. If your dog’s neck measurement falls between sizes, order the larger size.
